How Xgorithm protects your data and the systems we build.
Regulated buyers ask us the same questions before any project starts, so the answers are here. If you need more detail, such as a data processing agreement, ask on your first call and we'll send it.
Where your data lives
We host client systems and data in the EU by default, and we confirm the exact locations in writing before a pilot starts. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and we do not use client data to train AI models.
Who can access it
Access is limited to the people working on your project, uses multi-factor sign-in and is logged. Engineers on our team in India work through the same secure, logged access, and only with your approval. Your data does not leave the EU.
How we build AI responsibly
- A person approves any action that matters, and anything the system is unsure about goes to a person first.
- Assistants that talk to your customers say clearly that they are AI and offer a route to a person.
- We document each system as we build it, including what it may and may not do, to EU AI Act and GDPR standards.
- We test assistants for wrong answers and misuse before they go live, and keep logs so you can audit them afterwards.
Certifications
Xgorithm is a young company and does not yet hold formal security certifications. We plan to work towards ISO 27001 and ISO 42001, and we will list a certification here only once it has been awarded.
How this website handles your data
The contact form. When you send the form, we receive your name, email, organisation and message so that we can reply and arrange a call. We use these details for nothing else and keep them only as long as we need them for that.
The guided questions and demos. Your answers on the homepage stay in your own browser for the current visit, so that later sections can show your chosen fix. They are not sent to us unless you send the contact form. The demos run on sample data in your browser.
Cookies and tracking. This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies.

Reporting a security issue
If you believe you have found a security problem in this website or a system we run, please emailTODO-security@xgorithm.com. Our contact details are also published in security.txt. We will acknowledge your report and keep you informed while we fix it.
