How a first call becomes a working system
Xgorithm doesn't run large transformation programmes. We take one problem, prove the fix in a pilot, and agree with you up front how the result will be measured.

What a pilot includes
A pilot is a small, fixed-price project that runs the fix on your own data for 3 to 8 weeks. Before it starts, we agree in writing the number we are trying to move, how we will measure it, what the pilot costs and the date on which you decide what happens next.
During the pilot you get a working version of the system, regular updates and direct access to the person building it. At the end you get a written report with the measured result, the cost of a full build and what it would take to run.
How we build and run systems
- Secure by design. We host in the EU by default, limit access to the people who need it and log what the system does.
- People stay in charge. Anything the system is unsure about, or any action you choose to review, goes to a person first.
- Documented as we go. We record how each system works and what it is allowed to do, to EU AI Act and GDPR standards.
- Measured after launch. We keep tracking the agreed number once the system is live and report it back to you.

How much does a pilot cost?
Each pilot has a fixed price that we agree in writing after the first call, based on the data and systems involved. You know the full cost before it starts.
What do you need from us during a pilot?
Access to the relevant data or a sample of it, one person who knows the process well, and some of their time for questions and reviews, which we agree before the pilot starts.
What if the pilot doesn't reach its target?
You decide at the agreed date whether to continue, change direction or stop. There is no obligation to move to a full build.
Who owns what you build?
We agree ownership in the contract before work starts. As a rule, your data always remains yours, and you can take it with you at any time.
